At Champion Orthopedics, we understand that in today's insurance world, the patient has more responsibility than ever before for payment of services. Often, high deductible plans mean that the patient may pay 100% out-of-pocket for an episode of care. Our physicians and management understand the financial strain this can place on patients, and offer the following payment options for our patients.

• We accept Cash, Check, MasterCard, VISA, and Discover Card

• Additionally, we also offer deferred interest and low interest plans through CareCredit^®. Patients with existing CareCredit^® accounts can pay their bills using CareCredit^® by clicking on Pay My Provider or click on the logo below.

Patients wanting to learn more, or interested in applying for CareCredit^® can click here (www.carecredit.com) or click on the logo below. One of the benefits of CareCredit^® is that there can be a co-applicant on the application.

All of the above payment and financing options can be used for copayments, co-insurance, deductibles, and prepayment amounts for all services offered by Champion Orthopedics. Payments can be mailed to our Belfast, ME billing address, paid via the Patient Portal, called in (commercial debit/credit cards), or paid at either office location.

We strongly encourage our patients to sign up, or sign up a family member, for the Patient Portal. The Patient Portal is an extension of the patient's chart, and gives patients access to many features, several of which are listed below:
